You have successfully booked a class at The Cosmic Vortex. Your journey to the stars has just begun!
Here are a few things to keep in mind before your class:
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to check-in and get settled.
- Participants may be turned away if they arrive during or after warm-up, in which case their payment will be deferred to a future class. Repeat offenders (over 3 tardies) will not however, enjoy such deferral.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.
- DO NOT wear lotion or oil before class.
- Bring water and a towel to stay hydrated and comfortable during your cosmic adventure.
- If you have any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate, please let your instructor know before class begins, you can save time by filling out this form.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
